Loved being close to the interesting sites, staying in a typical area, and having plenty of places to eat. Sending additional verification info within 48 hours was just icing on the cake.
Oh, and let's not forget the joy of struggling to find WiFi in the common areas. Good times.

I had a fantastic stay at this apartment. It was very welcoming and peaceful, with an airy and comfortable atmosphere. The apartment was tastefully renovated and decorated, and the kitchen was well-equipped. The management and upkeep of the apartment were excellent. The location was perfect, in a historic residential district close to the city center and the river. There was lots of atmosphere with beautiful historic architecture, cobbled streets, and charming tiled buildings. I enjoyed beautiful walks in the area and there were good restaurants nearby. The apartment was also conveniently located near a major grocery store, Pingo Doce supermarket. Transportation was easy, with bus, train, and trams just 5-10 minutes away. The bus stop was across the road from a charming square with trees and a café next to a historic fountain. a delightful place to stay.
Nothing it is perfect.

Shutters on the living room French doors & windows would be helpful in extreme weather.

I had a super easy check, in experience at Madragoa Cosy. the host was very friendly and we communicated via WhatsApp. the apartment was extremely clean and had everything we needed. It's located in the old town, away from the main tourist areas, which allowed us to experience how the locals celebrate Portugal Day. the streets became lively with food and music, and the partying went on late into the night. If you want an authentic local experience, this is the perfect place. the apartment is well, equipped, including a kitchen for self, catering and fans in each room. There is also a mini supermarket and plenty of eateries nearby. The 28 tram runs through the neighborhood, making it easy to explore the tourist attractions in Lisbon. Cons: Nothing that I didn't like. 😊.

This apartment is just perfect for a chill stay in Lisbon! The living room is cozy, with a flat-screen TV where you can Netflix and chill. The kitchen has an electric kettle, great for lazy mornings. And let's not forget the super comfy sofa - perfect for lounging after exploring the city. As a relaxed and easygoing guest, I absolutely loved it!
The only thing I didn't love was that the apartment only had an electric kettle. But hey, that's just my personal preference for making a good old-fashioned cup of tea.

We absolutely loved our stay at Madragoa Cosy! The value for money was exceptional and the room was beautifully decorated with lots of character and charm. The location was perfect, in a trendy part of the city and within walking distance to many tourist spots. The staff, especially Rita and her husband, were incredibly friendly and helpful, making us feel right at home. We would definitely stay here again!
The only thing that could have made the morning meal better would be to have more variety in the breakfast options.
